C70600 white copper rod | white copper pipe
Standard: GB / T 8890-2007
Characteristics and scope of application:
C70600 is a structural iron white copper with less nickel. Compared with BFe10-1-1, it has lower strength and hardness, but higher plasticity and similar corrosion resistance. Instead of BFe10-1-1.
The addition of Fe and Mn in c70600 alloy greatly improves the corrosion resistance of this material. In the clean seawater, the water flow velocity of the alloy can reach 2.2-2.5% / s. The maximum acceptable velocity in the micro salt solution can reach 4m / s. The alloy can avoid stress corrosion cracking and high temperature point nickel removal. Therefore, the alloy has good corrosion resistance to clean or polluted seawater and Jiangwan water, and is widely used in power plants, desalination plants, petrochemical plants and other heat exchangers using seawater.

Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, white copper is mainly used in key industrial fields such as seawater desalination evaporation tubes, central air conditioning condensing tubes, marine air coolers, petrochemical coolers, and power station steam turbine condensers. White copper is a copper based alloy with nickel as the main additive element. It is silver white and has metallic luster, so it is called white copper. Copper and nickel can be infinitely dissolved with each other to form a continuous solid solution, that is, no matter what the ratio of each other is, the constant is α– single-phase alloy. When nickel is melted into red copper D200 and the content exceeds 16%, the color of the alloy will become relatively white as silver. The higher the nickel content, the whiter the color. However, after all, it is fused with copper. As long as the nickel content ratio does not exceed 70%, the naked eye will see the yellow color of copper. Moreover, the content of nickel in white copper is generally 25%.
